There are currently a number of new subdivisions being developed ranging from entry level ranch homes to developments in the $350k and up categories.
The great news is that, because we are growing, housing values have appreciated over 25% in the last 10 years. Our taxes are 38% lower than the national average and, since we are a college town, there is a good supply of rental property available.
